Atomy Cambodia successfully organized the Atomy Center Leaders Workshop, bringing together Center Leaders, members, and business partners for an inspiring day of learning, leadership development, networking, and experience sharing. The workshop was designed to strengthen the knowledge and capabilities of Center Leaders so they can better support their members, manage their teams, and create a positive learning environment within their Atomy Centers. Throughout the program, participants took part in interactive discussions, group activities, and knowledge-sharing sessions. The workshop provided an excellent opportunity for leaders from different teams and areas to exchange experiences, learn from one another, and develop new ideas for improving their centers and supporting member growth. Key areas of the workshop included: Strengthening leadership and team-management skills Improving communication and cooperation among members Sharing practical experiences and successful working methods Developing stronger Center management and member-support systems Encouraging continuous learning and personal development Building stronger relationships between Center Leaders and Atomy members Creating a positive environment for teamwork, education, and sustainable growth The event was also a valuable opportunity for participants to connect with fellow leaders, build new relationships, and strengthen the spirit of teamwork within the Atomy community.
